Year 3

  • Business Research Skills: Enables understanding of main concepts and principles of research in leadership, change, and transformation contexts.
  • Develops skills in sourcing, interpreting, and analyzing business information and data, and their use for business or organizational development.
  • Complex Business Projects: Provides understanding of complex business projects, considering business ecosystems and enterprise architectures, business models, innovation, culture, corporate financial structures and systems.
  • Integrates concepts like multidisciplinary, digital transformation, connectivity, and collaboration.
  • Transformation Consultancy Project: Enables students to apply theoretical concepts to a "live" management issue, choosing research methodologies, gathering data, developing project plans, and making conclusions and recommendations for the host organization.

  • All coursework assessments (individual and group work) contribute 100% to the final grade.
  • Assessment methods vary, including reports, business case writing, professional conversations, business simulation tasks, online presentations, and learning logs.

  • Honours degree or equivalent: Applicants must have obtained an Honours degree (or equivalent) from a UK or Republic of Ireland university, or a recognized national awarding body, or an institution of another country recognized as being of an equivalent standard.
  • Alternative qualifications: In exceptional circumstances, individuals with substantial and significant experiential learning may be considered for entry based on a portfolio of written evidence demonstrating the meeting of graduate qualities, as determined by the Course Committee.

International Students:

  • Honours degree or equivalent: Applicants must have obtained an Honours degree (or equivalent) from a recognized university outside the UK.
  • English language proficiency: Applicants must demonstrate competence in written and spoken English, typically by achieving a minimum score of 6.0 on the IELTS test, with no band score less than 5.5.
  • Other recognized English language tests and comparable IELTS equivalent scores may also be accepted.
