Outline:
This short course aims to enhance participants' understanding of leadership in schools through:
- Analyzing the 10 leadership propositions for transforming learning from the NCSL Think Tank Report 2001.
- Recognizing various forms of leadership through typologies.
- Exploring learning-centered leadership and its impact on teacher, group, organizational, and individual learning. The course is delivered online over 12 weeks in Semester 1, starting January 27, 2025, with no on-campus attendance requirements.

- Distributed Leadership and Learning-Centred Leadership

- Critical analysis of leadership theories

Assessment:
- Essays: 50% (Analyze the NCSL leadership propositions and critically compare two leadership theorists)
- Written Assignment: 50% (Write a critical comparative analysis of two leadership theorists' work)
