  • PGDip Culinary Arts Management:
  • A third class Honours degree in one of the above subject areas

Work-based:

  • 5 years of relevant managerial work experience demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the culinary arts/food industry.
  • A line manager reference detailing roles and responsibilities.
  • A meeting with the program team is usually required prior to offering a place.
