Program Overview

The Early Careers Framework (ECF) program at the University of Winchester is a two-year induction program designed to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) during their initial transition and development. The program provides ECTs with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their teaching and learning, make a positive impact on students, and feel confident and in control in their new career. The program consists of blended learning, with online webinars and face-to-face sessions, including two full-day conferences. ECTs receive support from a dedicated school-based mentor and participate in weekly independent online learning.
