Coursework:

Students will complete two core courses:

  • FN 9001: Advanced Topics in Food and Nutrition (3 credits): This course provides an overview of current research topics in food and nutrition, with a focus on critical thinking and evaluation of scientific literature.
  • FN 9002: Research Methods in Food and Nutrition (3 credits): This course covers quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and scientific writing.
