Assessment
Assessment methods employed in the program include:
- Service periods: Students are required to complete a minimum of 4 service periods in an operational business environment where customer service takes place for the "Develop and manage quality customer service practices" unit.
- Hospitality service: Students will provide hospitality service to customers for a minimum of 36 complete service periods in an operational hospitality environment for the "Work effectively in hospitality service" unit.
- Written assignments: Students will complete written assignments to demonstrate their understanding of key concepts and their ability to apply theory to practical situations.
- Presentations: Students will deliver presentations to showcase their research, analysis, and communication skills.
- Examinations: Students may be required to sit for written examinations to assess their knowledge and understanding of specific topics.
