This FdA (Associate of Education Diploma) in Education combines professional development experience with campus studies, allowing students to work full-time while earning their associate degree in practice:
Program Content and Structure:
- Primarily designed for professionals working or actively engaged 2 days a week in various educational positions (schools for primary/secondary levels, special needs or further-edu programs). These individuals can leverage their in person or volunteering time into formal studies.
- Program spans 730 learning hours and requires 348 guided learning hours over the 2 - year period. Delivered with a blended learning strategy employing face-to-face sessions along with a virtual learning platform (VLE or Virtual Online Environment).

International Overseas Students:

Other Entry Requirements:
In exceptional cases, students may be recruited directly from a Level 3 apprenticeship or another course where significant professional practice is demonstrably involved. Language Proficiency Requirements:
For EU Home Students:
There are no specific language proficiency requirements for EU Home Students, as they are expected to have sufficient English language skills due to their prior education in the UK.
For International Overseas Students:
As mentioned above, international overseas students must demonstrate proficiency in English by achieving a minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS test, with no individual band score below 6.0. Other equivalent English language tests may also be accepted.
