• Raise awareness of changing expectations of Governing Boards.
• Meet today's challenges in the education sector while upholding the mission and vision of a church school.
• Engage professionally with others in a collaborative and interactive module.
• Study online in your own time, with access to personal tutors and group reflections.
• Cover key themes like changing context, mission, vision, values, collaborative learning, decision-making, and accountability.
• Develop skills in using online platforms like Virtual Learning Environment and Zoom.
