The Cross-Cultural Certificate Program equips students with knowledge and skills for service in diverse cultural contexts. It covers intercultural understanding, missions, development, linguistics, and language learning, culminating in a short-term overseas experience.   • Linguistics Requirement (3 credit hours):

  • The Cross-Cultural Internship (ID/SO4863) can be taken without program acceptance, but requires completion of SO2133 and at least two of SO2143, CO/LI2023, or RS3483.
  • Courses required for the certificate are not offered every year.
