Entry Requirements


Academic Entry Requirements:

  • Applicants with Recent Secondary Education (within the past 2 years): Completion of a higher education qualification by an authorised institution is required.
  • Applicants with recent high school education only are not eligible.
  • Applicants with Vocational Education and Training (VET) Study: Completion of a higher education qualification by an authorised institution is required.
  • Applicants with a VET qualification only are not eligible.
  • Applicants with Higher Education Study: Completion of a Bachelor degree or higher (or equivalent) by an authorised institution is required.
  • Applicants with Work and Life Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience may be considered for entry.
  • Applicants must submit a CV and cover letter outlining how they meet the criteria.

Language Proficiency Requirements:

  • Overseas students: Overall IELTS score of 7.0 (with no score below 6.5 in any skill area).
  • Exception: Students who have completed five years of required higher education study (or equivalent) in English from an approved country, or who have completed a Certificate IV or higher qualification awarded in English under the Australian Qualification Framework by an authorized institution or registered training organization.
  • The course structure applies from Semester 1, 2024 onwards, with four subjects taught in a semester.
  • The course comprises 40 credit points, including 10 core and 30 elective credit points.
  • The course is offered in full-time (6 months) and part-time (up to 3 years) modes.
  • Intakes are in Sem 1, Sem 2, and November.
