- Provides a core of leadership knowledge and professional application.
- Explores areas of specific interest in pastoral, educational and business management and influence.
- Produces graduates with in-depth understanding of leadership, integrated with Christian worldview, vocation and community standards.
- Equips graduates with advanced leadership theory applicable in practical settings.
- Develops skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication.

Structure:
- Three semesters (13 weeks each).
- Four subjects per semester.
- Comprises:
- 4 core subjects (40 credit points).
- 3 specialization subjects* (30 credit points).
- 4 elective subjects (40 credit points).
- 1 Capstone project** (10 credit points).

Schedule:
- Full-time: 1.5 years (starting in Semester 2) or 2 years (starting in Semester 1).

Elective Subjects:
- Students in a specialization choose 4 subjects (40 credit points) from accredited Level 8 and 9 subjects offered by the College, including subjects from other specializations.
- Students not in a specialization choose 7 subjects (70 credit points) from accredited Level 8 and 9 subjects offered by the College.

- Students who may pursue a Higher Degree Research course are recommended to choose the Research Project (RES501) as the capstone.
- Students can mix-and-match study modes (face-to-face, online live, online recorded, intensive) throughout the course.
- Some subjects may only be available in certain study modes each semester.
