- Students in a specialization choose 4 subjects (40 credit points) from accredited Level 8 and 9 subjects offered by the College, including subjects from other specializations.
- Students not in a specialization choose 7 subjects (70 credit points) from accredited Level 8 and 9 subjects offered by the College.

EU Home Students:
The Master of Leadership program requires the completion of a higher education qualification through an authorized institution. Applicants with recent high school education alone are ineligible for direct entry.
International Overseas Students:
In addition to the aforementioned academic requirements, overseas students must demonstrate proficiency in English. An overall IELTS (or equivalent) score of 7.0 (with no score below 6.5 in any of the four skills areas) is mandatory. Students fulfilling any of the following criteria are exempt from this requirement:
- Five years of required higher education study (or equivalent) in English from an approved country.
- A Certificate IV or higher qualification awarded in English under the Australian Qualification Framework by an authorized institution or registered training organization.
International Overseas Students:
