  • Understanding the potential of paint through pigment/binder mixtures and paint/medium ratios.
  • Introduction to conventional and modern pigments and paints.
  • Experimentation with diverse paint applications.
  • Surface Preparation:
  • Learning techniques for preparing and constructing surfaces.
  • Expanding comprehension of related materials.
  • Subject and Composition:
  • Exploring the relationship between subject and structure.
  • Experimenting with materials to allow subjects to emerge.
  • Gaining understanding of compositional approaches and source material identification.
