It provides comprehensive training in workplace safety, codes and regulations, propane fundamentals, and system testing and troubleshooting for gas-fired equipment in residential and commercial settings. The Barrie Campus program offers a unique schedule of evening and weekend classes, catering to the needs of students with existing commitments. The program aims to prepare graduates for a successful career as Gas Technicians, with additional employment opportunities in technical support and sales within the industry.

The program spans one year, consisting of three semesters with a total of 13 program-specific courses, 2 communications courses, and 2 general education courses.
