- A university degree at the level of an Irish Honours undergraduate degree (2H1) or equivalent in Law, Politics, International Relations, European Studies, Business, Economics, Social Sciences or other relevant field.

- Applicants holding an appropriate professional degree in Law or Public Policy and demonstrably relevant work or professional experience may be considered for entry to the program.
