- Coach Competencies: Identifying and improving coaching competencies through self-coaching.
- Using Coaching Models and Tools: Exploring various models and tools to structure coaching sessions.
- Coaching within Organizations: Examining challenges within organizations, coaching culture, team coaching, and working with external coaches.
- Evaluating Coaching Interventions: Validating and evaluating coaching effectiveness qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Psychometrics and Emotional Intelligence: Examining the role of psychometrics in coaching and exploring the concept of emotional intelligence.

- Highly interactive, participative, and energetic approach.
