The third semester is spent abroad, at one of our partner universities worldwide (24 ECTS).

Here, students will take different electives, depending on ISM partner university and individual specialization chosen.

4. Semester (Master's Thesis)

Students will receive 30 ECTS for the Master's thesis.

Additionally, you can consider pursuing an international Double Degree abroad.

  • Industries: The program prepares students for careers in various industries where business psychology is relevant.

  • Practical Experience: The program includes 12 weeks of compulsory internship, workshops, and excursions.
  • International Focus: The program includes a compulsory semester abroad at one of ISM's approximately 190 partner universities.
  • Students can deepen their subject-specific knowledge, set individual specializations, perfect their foreign language skills, get to know intercultural particularities of business psychology, and potentially complete a second international degree (double degree) at a partner university.
  • Research Opportunities: The program encourages research and provides opportunities for students to publish their work in academic journals.
  • Faculty: Many professors come from the business world, providing students with first-hand knowledge that they can put into practice.
  • Admission: Admission to the program is not restricted by a numerus clausus (NC).
