- (all combinations include languages, but are not limited to the following as these may vary; Arabic, Dutch, Greek, Italian, Mandarin, Spanish and Portuguese are included but not limited to these languages). In the instance your university does not employ one or a combination of language usage in courses of study in some or all subjects of course delivery, in the same manner as listed for other universities in your native region (which will vary by countries, states by region and/or province), as a general guideline in English-speaking locations English will be accepted for proof of language competency requirements or other English-speaking language courses, which may include courses taken by private institutions such as those in private high school education - (secondary school). Some of the above listed private schools include but aren't limited to- (these will vary by region or location). If private schools do not issue one or more of the official English Language Proficiency tests above, as outlined, with the following exceptions; (This only includes students enrolled at institutions offering secondary school diploma programs as of September 15th, 2023) In accordance with policy mandated by both USCIS and their respective government and educational agencies, in any foreign nation or commonwealth nation or state or region (which shall include all U.S. territories and U.S. commonwealths such as those listed in section "A") to determine their acceptance to receive a student or other types of visa, and/or immigration entry status along with all residency rights and requirements for enrollment in their secondary education (high) school program (s), or students holding an "Exchange Student Status", as determined by USCIS or other U.S. and country-issued visa or visa statuses or immigration documents issued to all secondary foreign student (s), with a foreign secondary visa, with all residency and school requirements as determined by both U.S. DHS (USDHS - this includes USCIS - these also include other agencies with oversight of foreign status, both immigrant and non-immigrant, along with any special immigrant or residency status requirements as outlined by U.S. federal statute and/or agency policy (ies), with updates to all policies for changes made as a requirement given by U.S. federal policy guidance). Students must also comply with federal statute, along with those from state requirements and local policies- as outlined above herein. In which foreign students applying to an English-speaking secondary education high school diploma program must meet one of the following language requirements; with acceptance into their designated secondary school, or private high school (all private secondary or high school policies will vary, in regards to their acceptance requirements for student enrollment. This also applies to public charter or magnet school enrollment. All acceptance requirements are based on policies as determined by those outlined above for state, provincial laws and federal oversight). Private high schools generally only require proof of residency, which typically includes the following; (1) Proof of identity/residency - this can either be in the form of an original and official certified copy of birth certificate or official school enrollment documents issued to parents, which show legal guardianship or residency documents. In either instance these must match and/or align with the student's enrollment and acceptance with a parent or legal guardian with residency by law; (2) Immunizations and health requirements from a licensed physician, with official certification by a certified nurse practitioner or an M.D or general practice doctor. Documents that meet policy requirements must match the student on enrollment or at the latest prior to a final enrollment policy deadline, such as those of U.S. public schools or state requirements, as an example for secondary schools under U.S. state policy as a condition of attendance requirements. In the event students aren't granted residency status or meet residency requirements they generally must apply in two manners by meeting one of more criteria, either through; first meeting one of either a parent, and/or both with legal residency status or citizenship to enroll their student or child into private school or other designated "Public School - Charter or Magnet", as some schools vary by state, region or province or other special designations, depending on policy given by state mandate, such as that issued by federal policy in instances of federal oversight, in all U.S. states, territories and locations, in accordance with both statute and executive orders (laws) as designated by those issued by a governor, mayor or as determined by regional jurisdictions. If enrollment isn't available by this method- the second option, if approved by local or federal government guidelines and agencies in your native region or country of residency this is only in instances, in which enrollment status can only be granted to one or a student(s) per family residing within their boundaries, and they receive enrollment after a waitlist or lottery is conducted in alignment with federal or local policies or if special circumstances occur which allow enrollment as mandated by local, regional, municipal or federal guidelines along with federal regulatory agencies (USCIS, USDoS and USHHS). This allows enrollment in these circumstances only if students were granted a "special student status", as determined by their eligibility based on federal and/or national oversight in their region (which may either include state, province, town, city, commonwealth or federal oversight by their designated agencies) by one or all;
- a government agency, which either issues or oversees immigration such as USCIS in some instances. The U.S. Department of Education can in special circumstances such as; (as an example in the event of an "Exchange student"), by law as determined by specific statute and agency law including those given by executive order in accordance with legislative oversight. If all requirements aren't met the designated federal or national agency, as required by either federal and/or international treaties as a mandate for their eligibility status that may vary regionally, by continent or in their native regions depending on their residency, immigration, education and enrollment as set by policy in their native country as either an incoming or outgoing student as this applies to non-native residency status, with acceptance of their visa applications (this may not include all students) for enrollment or exchange programs.
- All special enrollments may or may not meet requirements with our institute for acceptance to meet enrollment requirements to continue studies at one of our consortium partner programs under our current enrollment policy, or with our consortium partners or for exchange students who wish to continue studies in one of our international or national locations, this may not provide enough evidence as part of your visa acceptance requirements and/or immigration requirements in conjunction with your acceptance into this University and/or partner institutions under our consortium agreements, as outlined herein, along with updates to policies with consortium agreements (which includes their respective countries and university updates). These are in addition to other policy updates for residency and acceptance in our programs, which are currently as follows - as of policy updates of October 23, 2023 which is last update of policy as listed here. Private school policies and acceptance vary, which typically require proof of residency and documentation; this varies on acceptance of an official certified translated copy to English of birth certificate; these must match enrollment documents and registration forms. Requirements may not all meet requirements and/or are variable depending on policy of the issuing school (either private, charter or public). Requirements for public school are regulated by both state, county, municipal, local federal guidelines, including special school jurisdictions or other regional mandates, in which enrollment policies may also, in addition have oversight from other designated government, along with federal agencies such as those overseen by state guidelines, as determined by a governor's office by law, which includes those given as required by; federal agencies at the Department of Education, along with USCIS in some instances, along with other regional agencies that meet requirements in these U.S. jurisdictions, with other designated government officials by region. These vary by state to include;
- A designated school superintendent, with policy given and mandated by a board of education (this may require both local, and at times regional requirements given by oversight from a federal education department or a designated official in this department, or board, which has oversight based on mandates by federal agency guidelines).
- A county school superintendent - along with those given from a regional designated director, in those U.S. states that require enrollment as mandated by their U.S. state guidelines for school enrollment or oversight. Requirements also include special school or district, such as "Special Magnet School Program Enrollment" or other designated programs such as, public schools or public elementary or high schools that may offer special magnet education, vocational, technical or alternative education programs (these are all outlined by state mandates - that may either include; -local or federal guidelines -as some programs receive funding at a county, regional, local, state or federal levels). Each state may vary, depending on their jurisdiction and requirements by law. (This may require oversight by various federal agencies such as Department of Education as listed herein). These policies shall also align with other mandates and federal agencies such as DHS for visa requirements in alignment with other designated federal agencies, along with those given by national agencies in the student(s) native country as a requirement of their application for an immigration or residency visa, along with education requirements in their country (which would require acceptance into a designated educational program at one of our consortium partners and/or universities we have consortium agreements or with special government exchange programs if eligible, such as those given under special status or visa, with oversight by both native country of both incoming or outgoing student, which does not require acceptance but may be part of our international programs that vary, by enrollment, which will vary by policy, with consortium agreements with countries and/or national or regional agencies). Private school requirements for acceptance and attendance vary by country: For enrollment, residency requirements will only include residency, if granted to the family or legal guardians in which they live (as residency requirements include those of either one or both legal parents, along with guardianship documentation). These all require official certified translations with copies to originals issued to a designated student, along with proof of birth which would include birth certificates. In all instances this means parents must either have residency status such as an immigrant - temporary or permanent residency status along with citizenship or an issuance of an exchange student visa. These allow residency status under residency laws, with all designated requirements and/or acceptance with a special student's visa. All students with issuance of these status are subject to local, regional and or by state laws- federal laws or in some instances federal agency guidelines such as USCIS. Private schools in some instance (though this can only occur for all applicants who apply- this does not guarantee enrollment), may grant a waiver to their attendance policies and residency requirements if students meet one or a combination of all given above. If residency is in violation of policy then students would not be legally eligible for residency - (this would include students' temporary residency status or immigrant residency status in which enrollment isn't permitted with a designated public schools, in accordance with policy given for both residency (which includes both federal USCIS policy, in alignment with both U.S. Department of Education with federal and state oversight and residency guidelines. Public school residency varies, as some states mandate residency to either be determined by law in the district one resides, along with their local laws as determined by; - a board of education at local levels;
- a designated superintendent at a county or local city, along with a state-designated representative such as those overseen by both a governor's designated office of education or board, along with other required oversight by both;
- federal and or state agencies such as department of education in these respective regions (both local, state, regional and/or by jurisdiction of a foreign nation as given in section "a"). Please check the full list below for all required country updates, with regions and other locations as given above, to insure you have all updates from our partner and/or consortium universities, which also includes any enrollment requirements for any or all students (this includes enrollment requirement for exchange programs), these policies as of September 23rd, 2023 along with updates herein, to include but aren't limited to the following; For native English speakers (a copy of official records from their respective issuing school or board at a local, state, in some instances regional or federal oversight. All documents must include original certified true and correct translations for secondary schools or high school equivalents. Transcripts must
