• There is no fee for this program for registered students.
• The program typically takes place in the Sir Tom Cowie Campus at St Peter's, either in Wearside View or the David Goldman Informatics Centre.
• Open-access Sanako language laboratory is available for independent study.
• There is a dedicated study area for group work.
• TVs, DVDs, textbooks, magazines and dictionaries are available for use.
• Assistance from a language technician is offered.
• Classes are interactive and flexible and range from whole class activities to group work, pair work, and individual tasks.
• Online language tools, written work, text analysis, and grammar and vocabulary review activities are all incorporated into the learning experience.
