Program Overview
The Doctor of Philosophy program in Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in Pharmaceuticals and Pharmaceutical Technology, aims to deepen the research capabilities in the field of drug formulations and pharmaceutical preparations that were developed in the master’s degree. This is done by conducting scientific research based on developing independent thought and the ability to innovate and develop. The program is characterized by closely following specialized scientific, technical and research principles to prepare graduates with a high degree of knowledge in pharmaceutical technology that enables them to practice applications of advanced methods and solve problems in renewable fields in formulating medicines and improving their effectiveness and also with regard to quality control of pharmaceutical preparations. The program aims to provide educational, health and pharmaceutical institutions, pharmaceutical factories and research centers with graduates with high and specialized qualifications, thus enriching professional performance in all pharmaceutical fields. This program is supervised by the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology.
