Course Description:
This course teaches students how to use MS Excel software to organize, design, and edit worksheets. They will also learn to create formulas and functions (statistical, financial, database, and logical) for a variety of business applications. Other topics covered include footers, headers, formatting, and charts. The course progresses to the advanced features of Excel, including Macros, Scenarios, PivotTables, and Solver. These features can be used to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and collect and analyze data.
Prerequisites:
- Students must be enrolled in one of the related programs: Administrative Professional or Open Studies.
