Students explore leadership, healthcare quality, and management, and select a specialization in areas such as dementia, governance, or healthcare education. The program emphasizes critical thinking, communication, and research skills, preparing graduates for leadership roles in the healthcare industry.

This is a course designed to advance the knowledge and skills of health professionals in their chosen area of specialization.

Outline:

The course comprises core units, choice units, and a specialization. A minimum of 11 units (150 credit points) must be successfully completed.
