GIS Databases and Enterprise GIS Course

Program Overview

This online course introduces the design, development, and management of geospatial databases, including multi-user enterprise geodatabases. Students will learn about relational database design, construct and maintain spatial databases, and explore enterprise database systems that support large datasets. The course utilizes the free and open source PostgreSQL/PostGIS database management system.
