Law in International Business Course

This non-technical course explores international business law through real-world case studies and contemporary legal issues. It covers topics such as contracts, arbitration, trade regulation, intellectual property protection, and the impact of nationalism and culture on law and international affairs. This course introduces international business law through an examination of "real world" case studies and contemporary legal problems via a nontechnical approach to the law.

• Topics include legal rules, contracts, international arbitration, and the impact of nationalism and cultural attitudes on law and international affairs; regulation of international trade; protection of intellectual property, trademarks, and patents; and the legal ramifications of regional and economically integrated trade organizations, including the World Trade Organization and other multinational trade bodies.
