Program Overview
This remote irrigation design course introduces students to hydraulic concepts, irrigation equipment, and design principles. It covers hydraulic design, water conservation methods, and compliance with California's AB-1881 Water Model Efficient Landscape Ordinance. - Students are introduced to hydraulic concepts, water conservation statutes, irrigation equipment, irrigation design principles, and site assessment skills.
- The course covers hydraulic design, drip line layout, backflow prevention devices, water conservation methods, new technologies (weather station ET-based controllers), and design principles for compliance with the State of California AB-1881 Water Model Efficient Landscape Ordinance.
