The Master of Catchment Science program is a unique postgraduate degree that provides students with the knowledge and skills to plan, protect, restore, and rehabilitate catchments. This Master of Catchment Science program is the only catchment-dedicated postgraduate degree in the world. It is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to plan, protect, restore, and rehabilitate catchments. The program covers a wide range of topics, including hydrology, ecology, environmental chemistry, geomorphology, GIS and remote sensing, statistical and mathematical data analysis, hydrology, hydraulics, hydrological and catchment modelling, and economics. Students will learn from leading experts in the field and will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge through practical projects and internships. The program is offered both full-time (2 years) and part-time (4 years) and can be completed online or on-campus. The full-time program is typically completed in 2 years, while the part-time program can be completed in 4 years. The program is divided into 4 semesters, with each semester consisting of 4 courses. - Related Bachelor degree or higher with a minimum GPA of 4.0 (using a 7.0 scale) and one year of professional experience.
- OR: Griffith Graduate Certificate in Catchment Hydrology OR Griffith Graduate Certificate in Catchment Processes.
Language Requirements:
- A minimum overall band score of 6.5 on IELTS (Academic) with no sub-score less than 6.0 OR
- A minimum score of 575 on TOEFL OR
- An internet-based (iBT) TOEFL score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19) OR
- No score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR (conducted by ISLPR Language Services only) OR
