Program Overview

This short course teaches negotiation, planning, and self-reflection skills to turn difficult conversations into constructive ones. It deepens understanding of workplace conflict and how to find harmonious solutions without aggression or unfair tactics. Participants will examine challenging workplace scenarios and receive a simple set of skills to improve their ability to deal with difficult conversations in a more confident and constructive way.
