This Autism Endorsement program consists of 12 credit hours of coursework that fulfills the requirements for an Autism Endorsement in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The program involves ongoing targeted special education field experiences while also cultivating a comprehensive understanding of autism characteristics, etiology, evidence-based interventions, assessment, behavioral interventions, social skills interventions, and family and community-related issues.
