Program Overview


The Anthropology Minor at Eastern Michigan University is a 24-hour program that explores human cultural and biological diversity and change. Students take required courses in cultural anthropology, physical anthropology, linguistic anthropology, introductory archaeology, and history of anthropological theory. They also select restricted elective courses in culture area studies and additional electives in anthropology coursework at the 300-level or above.
