This program prepares students for careers in aquaculture, including farm operation and management, advisory agencies, government departments, environmental monitoring, and various industry roles such as fish health suppliers, consulting companies, and equipment manufacturers.

Entry Requirements:
- Graduate diploma (Aquaculture) – Bachelor’s degree (minimum second class) in a relevant area of study; up to two seats per year are reserved for applicants of Indigenous ancestry who have met the admission requirements but are not in the top ranked candidates.
- Graduate diploma, MMS (FRM) – Bachelor's degree (minimum second class) in an appropriate area of study; applicants will normally have a demonstrated commitment to the fishery through employment or experience in a sector of the fishery, in a regulatory agency or government department connected to the fisheries, in a non-governmental agency, or through self-employment or relevant professional consulting activities.
- Master of Marine Studies (Aquaculture) - Bachelor’s degree (minimum second class) in a relevant area of study; up to two seats per year are reserved for applicants of Indigenous ancestry who have met the admission requirements but are not in the top ranked candidates.
- MMS (MSPM) – Bachelor’s degree (minimum second class) in an appropriate area of study. Admission is on a limited and competitive basis.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- Minimum TOEFL scores are: 580 for the paper-based test; 237 on the computer-based test; or 92 on the Internet-based test.
- The minimum IELTS score is an overall band score of 7.0.
- The minimum MUNTEL score is an overall band score of 70.
