Entry Requirements:
Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, including these required courses: English, Grade 12 (ENG4U) PLUS One Visual Arts credit (Grade 11 or 12 U, M or O level or postsecondary credit course) or a portfolio Four other Grade 12 credits (U or M) Minimum 65% overall average OR PLUS One Visual Arts credit (Grade 11 or 12 U, M or O level or postsecondary credit course) or a portfolio Four other Grade 12 credits (U or M) Minimum 65% overall average OR Two semesters of postsecondary education, including required English and Visual Arts courses listed above, with a minimum 65% overall average. Portfolio Applicants who have not completed a Visual Arts credit according to the requirements above will be asked to submit a portfolio. The Office of the Registrar will update your application in the Sheridan Application Portal to notify you if a portfolio is required. Please note that there is a portfolio assessment fee. Applicants submitting a portfolio must have the English (ENG4U) or equivalent plus five other Grade 12 (U or M) credits.Applicant SelectionEligible applicants are selected based on previous academic achievement (the average of their six highest senior-level credits, including required courses above), plus the results of their portfolio, if required.
