About Program
Program Overview
This program prepares students to work as Educational Assistants in public or private schools, or in social or health-based programs with a special education component. The curriculum includes courses on educational and assistive technology, teaching and learning strategies, and special education topics such as autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities. Students engage in group seminars, reflective practice, and activity-based learning, and gain practical experience through field placements.
