This program equips individuals with the skills necessary for quality-related roles in engineering, control, and assurance. It also prepares students to pursue certifications from the American Society for Quality, including Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence. Graduates are well-prepared for careers in quality functions or advancement to senior levels within organizations.

- This program is designed for people wanting to work in quality related jobs (quality engineering, quality control, quality assurance), and to add critical skill sets to people working in a wide variety of operations positions (supply chain, logistics, production/service delivery).
- The quality-related courses in this program will also assist you, depending on experience, to write a variety of Certification Examinations of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) including:
- Certified Quality Improvement Associate
- Certified Quality Process Analyst
- Certified Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, Black)
- Certified Quality Engineer
- Certified Manager of Quality and Operational Excellence

Entry Requirements:
Applicants to the BCIT School of Business + Media are required to have completed two years of full-time study in high school or post-secondary program in English in an English speaking country. If you do not have English 12 and have not studied in an English-speaking country, you will need to demonstrate your skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
