Assessment:
- Grading: All MINE courses have a minimum passing grade of 50%. A minimum GPA of 70% in the first year is required to be eligible for entry into the second year. From year two onwards students are required to maintain a level-by-level weighted average GPA of at least 60% in order to remain in good standing.
- Accreditation: The program is accredited by Engineers Canada, and graduates are eligible to register with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC (APEGBC) as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT).
