This double degree combines food technology and nutrition with business, providing students with the scientific knowledge and business acumen to advance technological capabilities in the food industry. Degree Overview:
The Bachelor of Food Technology and Nutrition/Bachelor of Business double degree will provide you with the scientific knowledge essential for advancing technological capabilities, plus the international business, economic and financial know-how with a global perspective. The food science degree will enable you to develop novel, healthy and functional food products that meet consumer demands and comply with strict safety and health guidelines. It will also equip you with the skills to improve the quality of manufactured food supply, creating safe and nutritious foods that have a long shelf life. The business degee will enable you to provide business skills to large-scale food processing companies with a global operational focus to make Australian manufacturing more competitive.
