Program Overview

This MBA program offers a choice of eight specializations, including Project Management, Health Services Management, and Tourism and Hospitality Leadership. Students select two specializations, with at least one being from the core three. The program focuses on industry-informed techniques and practical insights, preparing graduates for leadership roles in various sectors.

• Tourism and Hospitality Leadership: Guiding and enhancing tourism products, resources, and infrastructure, making sound strategic decisions, and developing and leading a successful tourism and hospitality workforce.
• Digital Management: Mastering key digital marketing and communication skills, concepts and tools for management within a data analytics environment, and driving strategic business decision making.
• Entrepreneurship: Practical insights into the entrepreneurial start-up process, strategies and tools for launching a successful business or driving growth in an existing one.
• International Leadership: Inspiring stakeholders across diverse teams, recognizing strategic opportunities for global business growth, managing organizational change and innovation on an international level.
• Women in Leadership: Understanding gendered workplace environments, strategies for shifting organizational culture to value fairness, diversity, and equity.
• Data-driven Leadership: Establishing a data-driven culture, strategic value of analytics, and creating innovative solutions as part of a data-driven business strategy.
