The Nursing: Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner (M.S.) program educates Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs). Their clinical practice encompasses health promotion, disease prevention, teaching, counseling, and acute and chronic disease management. Upon completing the program, graduates qualify to sit for the national certification exam to become family nurse practitioners.
