Program Overview
The RBA Degree Program is a non-traditional program designed for adults who have gained knowledge outside the traditional classroom. It recognizes and awards credit for experiential knowledge, allowing students to earn a bachelor's degree in as little as four semesters. Courses are delivered online via Brightspace by W.V. Network, and faculty are employed at one of WV's colleges or universities.

The RBA Degree Program is a non-traditional program designed for adults who are interested in obtaining a bachelor's degree. It is suitable for individuals who have gained knowledge outside the traditional classroom, such as through professional experience.
Objectives:
The objectives of the program are to:
- Provide adults with an opportunity to earn a bachelor's degree
- Recognize and award credit for experiential knowledge
- Facilitate the completion of the Regents Bachelor of Arts degree for all students enrolled in the program at any state institution of higher learning
Program Description:
- The program is open to students who have not earned an accredited four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Applicants must have at least three years elapsed since the graduation of their high school class.
- Students may not be simultaneously enrolled in the RBA Degree Program and in another degree program.
- Students may earn credit through:
- Regular degree work at Concord University or other accredited institutions of higher learning
