The International Online Master in HR and Organization intends to provide an education for those with a passion for HR and an interest in general management and specialization in Human Resources. Students start with a Managerial Core (10%), where the first module covers People and global management, the second one Managerial Economics, the third Entrepreneurship and Business Planning, the fourth Business Strategy, the fifth Accounting and Budgeting, the sixth Project and Operations Management and the seventh Marketing: Traditional and Digital.
Outline:
Once the students finish with the Managerial Core, they focus on Strategic planning, organization. Execution and control of HR, which is the second module (30%). This module will contain a section on Strategic HR, which covers Introduction to New HR & New Organizational Models, among other things, and a second section on Talent Management, which covers Recruitment & Selection & Talent Pipeline, HR Assessment, Psychometric Models & Job Crafting, Training and Development, Contracts, Total Compensation and Employee Relations and Performance Management and Feedback. The third module of the program is about Human & Organizational Behavior, where students will go over Advanced OB, Behavioral Economics & Competences, Change Management & Corporate Culture and Distance Management & Agile Culture. Finally, the program includes a section on Global HR, which covers Horizontal Leadership within Global Context, Purpose-Driven Work And Workplace, Employee Experience and Mergers and Acquisitions.
