The International Online Master in HR and Organization aims to develop skills and embrace change as a way to generate competitive advantages. The program equips students to become effective People Managers, capable of leading and driving organizational change and developing talent through strategic talent development programs. It focuses on core people and global management competencies, strategic planning, organization, people analytics, and HRM Tech. The goal is to create global leaders committed to developing, attracting, and retaining talent for success in the new business ecosystem. Learning outcomes include developing professional knowledge and skills in human resource management, explaining and evaluating HRM functions and practices in diverse international environments, thinking critically and strategically about human resource issues, demonstrating competence in development and problem-solving in HR Management, and identifying social, cultural, ethical, and environmental responsibilities and issues in HRM within an international context. The program is built around four pillars: real link with companies, internationality, professional impact, and higher purpose (Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable business approaches). The program boasts a 98% placement rate, with over 70% of students finding new jobs within six months of completion and over 50% before completion.

- 10% Managerial Core: This section covers foundational management knowledge. Specific modules include Managerial Economics (entrepreneurship and business planning essentials), Management Accounting for Decision Making (financial aspects of business decisions, cost management, budgeting, etc.
- 30% Focusing and Specializing: This section delves into strategic planning, organization, execution, and control of HR. It's divided into four areas:
- Strategic HR: Introduction to new HR and organizational models, HR as a strategic business partner.

- 15% Business in Action: This involves evaluating real-life case studies, practicing simulations (change management, talent acquisition), engaging in coaching and mentoring sessions, tackling actual company challenges, participating in a Jeopardy Quiz, and learning from industry experts through guest lectures and company visits (e.g., Gruppo Hera, Canon, Microsoft, Ernst & Young, Amazon, Hays, and FAO). It also includes the Rome Business School Practice Lab, a partnership with TIM, where students work on real-world exercises with TIM managers.
- 15% Capstone Project: Students tackle a real business challenge, potentially working in teams to design a marketing plan, develop a strategy to increase online sales, or create a loyalty offering. The International Online Master in HR & Organization uses the Flexon Online Disruptive Learning Model, which combines synchronous and asynchronous activities. The program includes international Bootcamp experiences in various locations (Silicon Valley, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Tuscany, Lagos, Qatar, London, and China), each offering an intensive, immersive business experience. The Corporate Advisory Board (CAB), composed of 103 leaders, managers, and professionals, plays a key role in the quality assurance process and continuous improvement of the program.
