Entry Requirements:
Applicants must have completed a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted other evidence of general and professional qualifications that demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants must hold a qualification in an engineering field, and are required to specify on their application which new or varied field of engineering they wish to pursue. Applicants who do not satisfy the above academic requirements may be considered on one of the following:
- Completed Associate Diploma and RATE Diploma;
- Completed TAFE/AQF Advanced Diploma or Diploma (or overseas equivalent);
- New Zealand technical and vocational NQF Level 5-7 and
- Above qualification(s) to be in the field of engineering;
- Minimum two years' full-time equivalent related work experience post completion of study;
- Submission of resume and proof of work experience. The English proficiency requirement for international students or local applicants with international qualifications is:
- Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0;
- TOEFL: paper based: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet based: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21;
- AE5: Pass;
