Entry Requirements:

  • A UTS recognised bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, or higher qualification, from one of the following disciplines: architecture and building, engineering, management and commerce, law and legal studies, economics and econometrics
  • Completed UTS Graduate Certificate in Property Development
  • Completed UTS Graduate Certificate in Planning
  • Completed UTS Graduate Diploma in Planning
  • Completed UTS Graduate Diploma in Property Development
  • Completed UTS Graduate Diploma in Construction Management
  • Completed UTS Graduate Diploma in Project Management
  • Completed UTS recognised Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in an unrelated field AND a minimum of two years work experience in a profession closely related to Property Development

Language Proficiency Requirements:

  • Applicants with international qualifications need an Academic IELTS score of 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0, or a TOEFL paper-based score of 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, or an Internet-based score of 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21, or an AE5 Pass, or a PTE score of 58-64, or a CAE score of 176-184
