The Master of Human Resource Management (Extension) equips professionals for leadership roles in HR and people management. The Master of Human Resource Management (Extension) prepares students for leadership roles in human resource management and people management functions. The course is designed for individuals employed or seeking employment in senior policy-making roles in human resource management, employment/industrial relations, diversity and inclusion, and change management. The core subjects provide foundational HRM knowledge and enhance students' academic literacy skills and business practice knowledge. The additional elective subject choices allow students to specialize in human resource management and further develop their skills, professional practice, specialized knowledge, and capabilities.


Outline:

The program consists of 15 subjects, comprising 66 credit points of core subjects, 18 credit points of elective subjects, and either a 12-credit point Industry Research Project or Internship Experience.
