The Master of Project Management at UNSW Canberra is a 48-unit course that provides students with the knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully deliver new products and services, perform change and transformation, and – in general – to help project teams get things done. With a strong emphasis on extending skills and knowledge with work experience, this program will prepare graduates to apply their high-level understanding to real-world problems within any industry.

Structure:
Students are required to complete 48 Units of Credit (UOC) by completing eight 6-UOC courses from the list in the Handbook entry for the program (see the list in Course Availability below). In the Master of Project Management, students must complete two compulsory courses, two of the remaining three core courses, and four elective courses. Not all elective courses will be available in a particular year. The courses in the program may be taken in any order but it is recommended that the two compulsory courses are completed first, followed by the remaining core courses, followed by the four elective courses. With the approval of the Program Coordinator, students may take up to two elective courses (12 UOC) from other coursework programs.
