Outline:
Pre-Clerkship (Years 1 and 2)
- Integrated interdisciplinary curriculum delivered through semester-long longitudinal courses titled Osteopathic Medical Knowledge (OMK) and Osteopathic Clinical Skills (OCS).
- Courses cover biomedical and medical sciences, anatomy, manual medicine, clinical skills, and osteopathic principles and practice.
- Small group, team-based, and simulation settings foster critical thinking and collaborative learning.
Clerkship (Years 3 and 4)
- Clinical training in various specialty services at clinics and hospitals throughout the Northeast.
- Students gain firsthand experience providing medical care in different settings.
- Core clerkships include Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and Surgery.
Teaching:
