Program Overview
This blended learning program equips students with the skills to contribute to organizational development, lead strategic transformation, and implement innovative learning practices. Through a combination of face-to-face and online learning, students develop competencies in areas such as learning and development strategy, organizational performance development, and knowledge management. The program prepares graduates for careers in leadership roles within the learning and development field, including RTO Manager/Director, Head of Organizational Development, and Learning and Development Manager.

Assessment:
Assessments are conducted using a variety of methods for theory and practical. At the beginning of each unit, students will receive details of assessment tasks to be completed.
Teaching:
- Delivery: Blended learning model that includes face-to-face learning in classrooms and in simulated workplace environments, and also via interactive online learning
- Class sessions are planned to ensure that students have a mixture of practical and theoretical components and those classes cater for a wide variety of learning styles.
- Workplace practices and environments will be simulated and used to conduct skills based assessments in accordance with unit requirements.
