Program Overview

Mental Health Essentials for People Leaders is a half-day intensive program designed for leaders and managers to enhance their understanding of mental health challenges in the workplace. It equips participants with skills to provide support, navigate challenges, and foster a culture of understanding and support. The program aims to diminish mental health stigmas and promote early recognition and strategic intervention.
