Program Overview
The Management & Engineering program is a 5-year dual-degree program that combines engineering and management skills. Students spend three years in Nice, France, and two years in Turin, Italy, earning an international Bachelor's degree in engineering, a Master of Science in production engineering and industrial innovation, and a diploma from the Grande École Programme. The program prepares graduates for senior positions in international organizations, such as consultant in organization and strategy, sales engineer, and marketing manager for technological products.

Degree Overview:
The Management & Engineering program is a specific path of the Grande École Programme. In partnership with the Politecnico di Torino, the program trains professionals with dual skills: engineering and management. It allows you to obtain three degrees: An international Bachelor in Engineering at the end of the 3rd year A Master of Science (Laurea magistrale) in production engineering and industrial innovation from the Politecnico The diploma of the Grande École Programme (Master’s degree) from IPAG. At the end of your 5-year course - 3 years on the Nice or Paris campus (1st, 2nd and 4th years) and 2 years in Turin (3rd and 5th year), you can take advantage of a trilingual profile tailored for an international career.
Outline:
1st year in Nice
The early part of the course is mainly devoted to learning the fundamentals of marketing, law, management, finance and accounting. You will also take courses in Italian and operations management, with a view to your expatriation to Italy.

2nd year in Nice
During your second year in Nice, you will deepen and broaden your knowledge of the Grande École programme. You will also continue your preparation for the 3rd year in engineering, strengthening your ability to understand and express yourself in Italian, thanks in particular to the presence of students from the Politecnico who join the Nice campus.

3rd year in Turin
On the Politecnico campus in Turin, you will develop your skills in industrial operations management. At the end of the year, you will receive an international Bachelor's degree in engineering.

An intermediate diploma
Upon completion of the third year of the programme, you will receive an international Bachelor's degree in industrial production engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, a degree that will add to your CV and make you stand out when searching for an internship. IPAG is the only management school in France to offer an intermediate engineering degree during a 5-year course in management.

Consulting services
Supervision of 2nd year students as part of a consultancy assignment for a company or local authority: market research, communication plan, sales strategy, etc.
5th year in Turin
You complete your course with an academic semester in Turin, with a strong focus on "innovation management and industrial strategy", followed by a 4 to 6 month end-of-studies assignment. At the end of this 5th year, you defend your Master's thesis (Tési de Laurea) and obtain two diplomas: the PGE diploma from IPAG (Master's grade) and the international Master of Science (Laurea magistrale) in technological innovation and industrial production engineering from the Politecnico.

Research Paper
Research Paper Students choose their subject in the first semester with their Politecnico thesis supervisor, who then guides them through each stage of the writing process: constitution of the corpus, definition of the plan, the conduction of the empirical study, etc. A pre-submission allows them to adjust the final work to be submitted (between 60 and 80 pages), before the presentation before a jury, which takes place in June or September in Turin.
