To apply to Campbellsville’s online post-master’s Ed.S. in Educational Administration (Principal, Supervisor of Instruction and DPP) certificate program, prospective students must submit or complete the following :

  • Complete the online application
  • Official Transcript Request Form (via Adobe Sign).
  • In most cases, this will allow us to request your transcripts on your behalf.
  • Official transcripts from each college or university attended (confirming a cumulative 3.0 GPA).
  • A copy of your valid teaching certificate.
  • A 5- to 7-page leadership essay addressing your skill and understanding of your ability to improve student achievement, leadership and your advanced knowledge of curriculum, instruction and assessment.
  • Documentation of three years of experience as a classroom teacher (Rank II for Principal certification).
