- Critical Thinking for Postgraduate Study: Critically assess arguments and evidence, and develop effective critical reading skills. Assessed through three methods: evaluation of arguments exercise, critical evaluation of texts, and a closed book exam.
- Interactive Learning Skills and Communication for Postgraduate Study: Enhance public speaking, writing, document layout, professional communication, teamwork, and research skills. Assessed through a research project, individual and group presentations, and a closed book exam.
- ICT Skills for Postgraduate Study: Develop ICT skills for research and postgraduate study, including data presentation and Microsoft Word proficiency. Assessed through assignments, a quiz, and a closed book exam.
- Research Methods for Postgraduate Study: Understand research methods and methodologies, and plan and conduct effective research. Assessed through a mini-dissertation and a presentation of its synopsis.
- Final Project: Develop and shape creative practice through the production of a final project. Assessed through a portfolio.
