- Paid work rights: up to 40 hours per fortnight (14 days)
Semester 2: Industry Placement Semester

- No on-campus classes during Industry Placement
- Paid work rights: up to 45 hours per week

- 1 unit from Group B
- 11 units from Group C
- 6 units from Group C, Group D, elsewhere in the SIT Training Package, or any other current Training Package or accredited course.

Teaching:
- The first semester of the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management course is spent undertaking advanced practical and theory tuition delivered on campus, utilizing industry-standard bar and restaurant equipment in ICAE’s fully equipped training bar and restaurant areas.
- The second semester is spent entirely in the workplace, undertaking Industry Placement (IP).
