- Program Content: The Certificate IV in Hospitality qualification provides a pathway to work as a supervisor in hospitality organizations such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes, and coffee shops. It allows for multi-skilling and specialization in accommodation services, food and beverage, and gaming.
- Program Structure:
- Semester 1: On-Campus Tuition: 21 weeks consisting of 21 hours of classes per week with paid work rights of up to 40 hours per fortnight.
- Semester 2: Industry Placement: 20 weeks with no on-campus classes but paid work rights of up to 45 hours per week.
- Holidays: 11 weeks with unlimited paid work rights.
